Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute)
StartDate: 10/3/2024Available Shifts: 10 DPay Rate: $1752.10 - $2018.73
No more than a 30-day work gap and MUST HAVE references within the past year, no exceptions! PT with 2+ years of experience (including 1yr of acute care experience) needed. Common diagnoses/patients include cardiac, stroke (facility is stroke certified), ortho, ICU, neuro, medsurg primarily; they have a pediatrics ward that is low volume case load, also neonatal ICU, travelers not required to work NICU and are not required to have exp with NICU or pediatrics.
Required QualificationsActive CA license, BLS & Covid vaccine requiredMust have at least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Facility LocationRedding is a city located off Interstate 5 and between the Canadian and Mexican borders.
The Sacramento River also goes through this city. During the 1950’s there was a great expansion of the lumber industry and two major dams in the Redding area now known as, the “Whiskeytown Dam” and the “Keswick Dam”, were built. During the housing and retail boom of the late 1980’s the population of Redding grew to 66,462.
