Base to $175K, Tuition Reimbursement, Full Benefits, Bonus, 401K+, etc.Responsibilities for Treasury Manager (Global Law Firm)Review and release wire and ACH payments to ensure timely and accurate execution of global paymentsAnalyze current state of treasury process and propose improvements to policies, procedures and cash-management philosophy. Complete annual review of policies and propose further enhancements, as neededDevelop, implement and monitor investment policyDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard firm assetsForecast daily cash requirements and optimize cash balancesMonitor global cash flow movements and maintain adequate liquidity for business operations through the use of data-driven modelingEstablish strong working relationships with global bank contactsMaintenance of global bank account paperwork, including timely and accurate updates to authorized signers, etc.Execute fund transfers to ensure efficient cash managementManagement of the firm’s committed line of credit, including quarterly compliance packageQualifications for Treasury Manager (Global Law Firm)7+ years of previous experience in treasury management or related roles.College Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or Economics. Professional qualifications such as MBA, CFO or CPA preferred.Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience creating complex Excel modelsStrong oral and written communication skills
