About the Role:

The Assistant Food and Beverage Outlet Manager is based in Miss River Restaurant and Chandelier Bar. They will assist in overseeing all facets of theoutlet . The assistant manager must maintain and control a high level of guest service.This is achieved by ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, demonstrated by the restaurant staff.The assistant manager is also responsible for the hiring, training, supervising, and disciplining of the staff.

What you Will Do:

Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs.Supervise operation of bar to maximize profitability, minimize legal liability, and conform to alcoholic beverage regulations.Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, appearance of facility and sanitation and cleanliness through training of employees and creating a positive, productive working environment.Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.Fill in where needed to ensure quest service standards and efficient operationsEnsure that all equipment is kept clean and kept in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurants preventative maintenance programsSchedule labor as required by anticipated business activity while ensuring that all positions are staffed when and as needed and labor cost objectives are met.Fully understand and comply with all federal, state, county, and municipal regulations that pertain to health, safety, and labor requirements of the restaurant, employees and guests.

What you bring:

Minimum 2 years' experience working in Bar/Food and Beverage Management preferred1 to 2 years experience working in luxury bars/restaurants preferredStrong beverage knowledge of beer, wine and liquor requiredTIPS and ServSafe certifications requiredWork authorization in the United States required
