We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Commercial Real Estate Loan Originator to develop new business in Dallas. This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific and cultivating relationships with prospects. Responsibilities
•Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans•Establish relationships with loan brokers•Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations•Meet with loan applicants and assess their financial needs•Analyze loan applicants' financial strengths and weaknesses•Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures•Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing, as needed
Qualifications
•Bachelor's degree required•Minimum 2 years of commercial lending experience required•Must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio•Experience in construction loans preferred•Strong credit analysis and accounting background•Ability to analyze financial statements•Strong client relations skills•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
