Job Description Develop and maintain databases for the company. Support and development of applications. Ensure high levels of data availability. Evaluate and advise all technology components, such as software, hardware, and networking capabilities for database management systems and applications. Responsible for implementing data dashboards to all levels for the company. Diagnose and resolve Database access and performance issues. Produce ad-hoc queries and develop reports to support business needs. Salary: $100K to 140K Per year Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 5-7 years experience in database administration Experience with ERP, CRM, data warehousing or other Oracle products a plus. Experience with middleware a plus. Must have excellent communication skills. Organizational and documentation skills and be able to interface with management and IT personnel and work effectively on a team and individually. Technology competency in either web or legacy based applications. Experience in leading business application development projects.
