Position Overview:
The Sales Coordinator (SC) plays a key role in supporting the Central Division sales team, ensuring smooth coordination and communication between clients, trade partners, and internal teams. This position demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism. The SC will maintain excellent customer service and communication throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Regularly attend Houston market and Greater Houston Builders Association events.Assist Sales Managers with preparing sales proposals.Coordinate pricing for proposals using current calculators.Send project kick-off emails and facilitate customer onboarding with the onboarding team.Under the direction of the Executive Vice President and Sales Managers:Confirm the delivery and receipt of documents during the proposal, contracting, and project phases.Coordinate project kick-off, establish deliverable timelines, and manage client expectations across departments.Maintain consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed on project deliverables throughout the Central Division.Sales Support:
Assist Sales Managers with writing proposals, validating contracts, and handling project administration after contract closure.Manage client expectations and escalate discrepancies as needed.Gather essential project data for Operations teams during the Project Kick-Off process.Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary project information, including plans, revisions, and special instructions.Disseminate critical data to Operations teams for successful project execution.Reports to:

Requirements
Bachelor's or associate degree in a related field preferred.Advanced computer literacy.Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.Excellent teamwork, communication, and customer service abilities.Knowledge of sales principles and customer service practices.Benefits:
