Job Details:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Permanent Senior Information Communication Technology Designer (ICT). This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a minimum of 10 years of experience and a Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD) certification. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and implementation of ICT systems and services. This role is not only challenging but also rewarding, offering the chance to work in a dynamic, high-performing team and make a substantial contribution to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop and implement ICT systems and services to meet the organization's needs.
2. Manage project timelines and deliverables
3. Collect project requirements and coordinate design with the team and deliver construction documents
4. Participate and lead the project from design to completion
5. Advance the design and develop documentation - drawings, specifications. narratives, reports, etc
6. Attend meetings and present to clients
7. Mentor junior staff

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in ICT, Computer Science, or a related field is highly desired
2. RCDD certification is mandatory.
3. Minimum of 10 years of experience in ICT design in the Engineering industry.
4. Proficient in ICT systems design and development.
5. Experience in leading and managing ICT projects.
6. Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution, etc.)
7. Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies.
8. Proficient in MS Office and data analysis software.
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
10. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
11. Ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects.
12. Ability to work in a team and independently.
13. Excellent attention to detail.
