We are looking for a Plumbing Trainer/Educator to join our team and ensure high-quality classroom instruction and program administration.

Job Title: Plumbing Trainer/Instructor

Location: New London, CT

Salary Range: $70k-$75,500 annually

Sign-on Bonus: $2,000

Job Type: Full Time, M-F

Job Details

As the Plumbing Program Coordinator, you will:

Organize and lead faculty to deliver quality classroom instruction

Administer programs and monitor the learning process

Tailor course materials to meet the levels and needs of individual students

Help students develop employable skills that match their abilities and employer expectations

Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Delivery: Oversee and participate in teaching activities to ensure effective learning.

Student Service: Provide support and guidance to students, ensuring their academic and professional success.

Subject Matter Expertise: Use your plumbing expertise to enhance course content and instructional methods.

Faculty Management, Mentoring, and Training: Lead, mentor, and train faculty members to maintain high teaching standards.

Program Administration: Manage program operations, ensuring alignment with educational goals and standards.

Position Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of recent work experience as a licensed Plumber (excluding apprenticeship)

Connecticut - current P1 or P2 license

Preferred: 3 years of classroom teaching experience at the post-secondary level

Preferred: 3 years of successful leadership and management experience

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
