Salary: $56,000 - $70,000 per year

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

• Outpatient Clinic
• Mon - Fri, Day Shift
• NO HOLIDAYS
• The Primary Care LPN will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages including Pediatric, OB/Women's Health, and Adults. Responsible for completing medical history, ensure accurate documentation, charting and assisting the medical team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Prefer 2 or more years of clinical expeirence as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• Prefer experience in a Primary Care/Family Medicine setting, Internal Medicine, Ambulatory or Outpatient settings
• Experience treating full lifespan (Children, Adolescent, Adults)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Active NY State license in good standing
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
