Salary: $135,000 - $190,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.
2. Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decision making.
3. Providing financial consulting and strategic support to senior management including preparing financial presentations, capital expenditure analysis, industry/peer group comparisons, new business opportunities, and other projects requested by senior management.
4. Analyzing complex financial information and providing accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
5. Ensuring compliance with budgetary reporting requirements.
6. Collaborating with other department managers to compile and analyze financial data.
7. Identifying and driving process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards.
8. Supervising a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or CPA highly preferred.
2. A minimum of 4 years in senior finance role in manufacturing industry.
3. Proven expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
