Keller is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant based out of our Tampa, FL location.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process company credit card charges, to include matching credit card receipts and job costing for the related charges
  • Maintaining digital wallets to ensure that they are up to date and accurate
  • Communicate with supervisory team regarding any questionable expenses
  • Review vendor statements and request any missing invoices
  • Assist other branch offices with packing slip and receiving entries
  • Help accounting department on other projects as needed.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience performing the responsibilities detailed above preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
  • A High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be detail orientated
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to work with others in a team environment
  • Candidates must demonstrate strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Additional Information

Salary Range

$19 - $22 per hour

Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant internal and external experience, knowledge, skills, scope of job, geographical location or other factors permitted by law
