Job Details:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Sr. Frontend (UI) Developer to join our innovative technology team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to bring your expertise in JavaScript, React.js, Tailwind, and Next.js to contribute to the development and maintenance of our cutting-edge software applications. With over 5 years of experience under your belt, you will be instrumental in the design, development, and implementation of our next-generation applications. You will work closely with our team to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Responsibilities:

• Develop new user-facing features using React.js, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable, and scalable code.
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Use Figma to create intuitive, user-friendly software.
• Maintain and improve company website, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Conduct performance tests and ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Work closely with QA engineers to ensure consistent and reliable performance.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to manage, prioritize, and complete projects.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a React Developer, Full Stack Developer, or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js, Next.js, and its core principles.
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux).
• Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript.
• Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js).
• Knowledge of isomorphic React is a plus.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
• Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• A knack for benchmarking and optimization.
• Familiarity with code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
