Salary: $95,000 - $170,000 per year

As a Permanent Lead Multi-Family Superintendent, you will:

1. Oversee all stages of the construction process for multi-family projects, ensuring that the highest standards of quality and safety are maintained.
2. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the construction team, including subcontractors, engineers, architects, and workers.
3. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and laws in the construction process.
4. Develop and manage project schedules, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure that construction work aligns with the project specifications and design plans.
6. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among all project stakeholders.
7. Manage the procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.
8. Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on the status of the construction project, including any changes, issues, or delays that may arise.

3. Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team of construction professionals.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify potential issues and implement effective solutions.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with project stakeholders.
7. A degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
