Salary: $80,000 - $130,000 per year

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. You will be a part of a collaborative team, working on cutting-edge technology to help us drive forward our financial services and systems. Your focus will be providing support to production, maintenance, and engineering. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our electrical systems are safe, efficient, and capable of supporting our financial operations. Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and test all aspects of electrical components, equipment, and machinery.
2. Apply knowledge of electronic systems to design, develop, and maintain financial systems.
3. Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new financial systems.
5. Maintain and improve existing systems to meet evolving business needs.
6. Ensure all electrical engineering projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Use HMI, Rockwell Automation, PLC, and manufacturing expertise to improve and maintain financial systems.
8. Develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical work performed in the department, service, laboratory or firm.
9. Conduct research to solve complex engineering problems and improve financial systems.
10. Train team members on the use of new systems and technologies.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. 1-4 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
3. Proficient in HMI, Rockwell Automation, PLC, and manufacturing.
4. Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
7. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently.
8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Proficient in the use of computer-assisted engineering and design software.
10. Ability to train and mentor team members on new systems and technologies.
11. Must possess a strong understanding of safety protocols and industry regulations.
12. Proven ability to apply engineering principles to solve complex problems.
13. This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.
