Salary: $75,000 - $130,000 per year

Looking for:
- 5+ years experience in the building enclosure, property condition assessment & roofing industry
- Ideally experience with waterproofing & roofing
- Licensed Engineer or Architect would be a nice to have-- but is not required
- Design review experience
- Project Management experience nice to have
- Spanish speaking would be nice to have
- Will be in the field some so must be about to get onto ladders, etc.
