We are looking for an Audit Partner to join their progressive and fast-growing team. In this leadership role, you’ll drive client success, lead business development efforts, and contribute to the firm’s ongoing expansion.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise in audit and assurance services.
- Serve as a trusted advisor with a deep understanding of client operations.
- Lead and grow client relationships, identifying opportunities for additional services.
- Oversee engagement scope, deliverables, and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate results.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Manage client service teams and promote investor loyalty.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients and manage engagement budgets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- 15+ years of relevant experience, with a focus on audit
- CPA required, additional certifications (e.g., MBA) preferred
- Proven leadership in audit engagements and client management
- Strong history of business development
