We're looking for a skilled Project Manager who can help us continue to deliver top-tier results and contribute to our ongoing success.

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all phases of electrical projects, from initial planning and budgeting through execution and closeout. This role requires a focus on maintaining quality standards, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols, and delivering projects on time and within budget. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients, and manage resources to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage electrical projects through all phases, from initial planning to final delivery
  • Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Oversee the procurement and management of lighting, switchgear, and subcontractor quotes and purchases
  • Review, analyze, and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Utilize Bluebeam, EBM estimating software, and MS Office to effectively manage project documentation and communication
  • Conduct regular on-site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and field personnel to ensure the accurate implementation and integration of electrical systems

Skills

  • Experience in managing Bio-Pharmaceutical and Class A Commercial TI's
  • Proficiency in project management and electrical estimating, with a strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Bluebeam software for document management
  • Knowledge of construction management practices
  • Strong background in electrical engineering, and design
  • Familiarity with NEC codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills for effective team management and collaboration
  • Strong customer focus with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership and responsibility for projects and outcomes
  • Field Electrical experience is a plus

Work Environments:

  • Primarily office-based, with regular site visits for project management and progress monitoring
  • On-site walks and inspections for bid requests and construction assessments
  • Collaboration with office and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
  • Frequent interaction with clients, subcontractors, and vendors in both office and field settings
