Overview Project Managers are responsible for planning and overseeing the installation of commercial mechanical HVAC projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. Project managers plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. Must have 7-10 Years of Project Manager Experience in the Commercial HVAC Market and Degree in a related discipline (Engineering, Construction, etc.)Principal Responsibilities

Typical responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Lead complex engineering construction jobs that span multiple lines of businessProvide on-site leadership for project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestonesTake ownership in producing a successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneouslyManage all aspects of multiple related projects to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectivesReview job cost reports on a weekly basis to ensure costs are in line with budgets.Review Manpower progress weekly and communicate concerns to managementSubmits change orders and pricing immediately for added workReport on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activitiesWork creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellenceParticipate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organizationPrepare detailed project plan for all phases of the projectProcure adequate resources to achieve project objectives in planned timeframesManage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetingsProvide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadershipUnderstand the interdependencies between technology, operations and business needsDemonstrate a functional acumen to support how solutions will address client goals while maintaining alignment with industry best practicesDevelop and manage all aspects of project and program engagement from planning, external vendor relationships, communications, resources, budget, change, risks and issuesManage project and program issues and risks to mitigate impact to baselineExtensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniquesEstablish practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organizationMonitor staff performance and complete performance reviewsProvide and maintains a safe and clean work environmentOther tasks and responsibilities as required to maintain efficient department operations

Compensation details:

70000-150000 Yearly Salary
