THE PLAYERYou will provide coaching and training in a safe environment using the CrossFit methodologies.
EVERY DAY, YOU WILL· Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively.· Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.· Provide post training feedback and cues for improved performance.· Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.· Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.· Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.· Scale for any ability level.· Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.
GHG24Requirements:
YOU WILL BE GREAT AT BE FITNESS IFEducation
High school diploma or equivalentExperience and/or Training
3 years CrossFit experience preferred.Licenses/Certificates
CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required.
YOU MUST ALSO HAVE U.S. Work Authorization (required)
