Associate Attorney
to join their Southern or Northern California/Bay Area team. This is a unique opportunity for a talented attorney to further their career in a collaborative and forward-thinking legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a caseload of general liability defense matters, including premises liability, personal injury, auto/trucking accidents, habitability, and construction defect cases.Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in trials.Provide strategic legal counsel and advocacy on behalf of clients.Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy and planning.Qualifications:
5-7 years of
post-Bar
experience in the defense of general liability matters.Must be Bar licensed in California, in good standingResidency in or willingness to relocate to either Southern California or Northern California/Bay Area.Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Benefits:
