Job Description
Manage accounting personnel and activitiesPreparing/evaluating reports to ensure the company's financial health and compliance.Make financial suggestions based on report analysis in regard to expenditures, savings, cost-cutting, reserves, etc.Assisting in auditing and taxation processes of the company.Budget preparationPresent reports/review financial performance with other departmentsAssist with acquisition review and integrationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.Proficient in financial software and ERP systems; advanced Excel skills required.Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Proven track record of strategic financial planning and analysis.What's on Offer
