Job Details
Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly financial close process, including accruals, prepaids, and capital.Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis to understand trends and deviations from budget and actuals.Create various financial presentations, including actual vs budget/forecast variance analysis, expense trends, headcount analysis, and insightful variance explanationsManage headcount planning and expense management to ensure alignment with budget and forecast.Develop and manage the annual budgeting process as well as quarterly forecasting for the organization.Collaborate with global teams to align financial expectations and deliver on financial commitments.Drive process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting and analysis.Support strategic initiatives by preparing financial proposals and providing solutions to drive business growth.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Masters Degree is a plus.Experience in Oracle or Hyperion is a plusAdvanced user in Excel
