This is a fast paced procedural area in a level 1 Trauma center. We cater to inpatient and outpatient populations across the lifespan.
Nurses work within a multidisciplinary team and are responsible for the pre-procedural preparation of patients and post procedural care. Critical thinking skills and a positive attitude a must.
Job Requirements:- 2 years' Registered Nursing experience (Two years' experience)- 2 years of IR or PACU experience- Telemetry Experience Required- New York RN license (ONLY)
Certifications:- BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)- ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
PALS Highly desirable!
will be required to wear hospital issued and laundered scrub pants and tops in addition to other infection prevention measures when needed in procedural areas
