Travel** Able to take call independently with advanced cardiac surgery skills required to perform in the First Assist role with all cardiac surgery procedures, including TAVR cases. **May assist RN circulator with patient comfort measures, patient positing, application of electrosurgical grounding pads, external defibrillator pads, EKG monitors and skin preparation*-Required Experience: Minimum 2 years of surgical scrub experience-Preferred Experience: Cardiovascular Operating Room experience-Competency: Ability to function independently in the scrub role-Additional Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required
**Availability: Must be available for emergency calls on weekdays, weekends, and holidays with a 30-45 minute response time
**Weekend Requirements: Per unit requirements**Holiday Requirements: 2 major, 2 minor holidays**Required Certifications: CSFA, BLS**Experience: Must have First Assist Surgical Tech experience in CVORAbout Talent4Health
