Kavaliro is seeking out a Treasury Management Operations Support . This role ensures the smooth execution of treasury operations, supports complex commercial client onboarding, collaborates closely with Business Development Officers and front-line staff, ensuring clients receive exceptional service throughout the onboarding and training processes. The role requires in-depth knowledge of Treasury Management services, including RDC, ACH, Positive Pay, and Wires & Cash Management tools. Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Support: Oversee and manage the onboarding process for complex commercial clients. Lead client training on treasury management products and services. Accompany BDOs and front-line staff on customer calls and site visits to ensure effective client engagement. Maintain strong client relationships through ongoing support, ensuring a positive client experience. Operations Management: Ensure the timely and accurate completion of all operational activities, including reconciliations, RDC processing, ACH transactions, and more. Monitor the operational aspects of the sales cycle, from proforma creation to onboarding, ensuring compliance with bank policies and state/federal regulations. Identify and address operational inefficiencies, manage assigned projects, and support department audit preparation. Manage department email inboxes and voicemail, ensuring timely responses and exceptional customer service. Training & Mentorship: Provide daily mentoring and training for TM Operations Support I & II staff. Assist in staff training on procedures, platforms, and compliance, including being present at branch meetings when necessary. Stay updated on new treasury management developments and services and share this knowledge with the team. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal banking regulations. Complete and review monthly and quarterly department reports and checklists. Support the writing of departmental procedures and maintain client files to ensure compliance. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with BDOs and internal departments to ensure seamless communication and support for clients. Take leadership in managing and creating custom reports using CRM BI tools and reviewing TM tracking logs for accuracy. Assist the TM Operations Manager in daily reconciliations and project completions. Qualifications:Education & Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Treasury Management Services or banking operations, with a focus on Treasury Management products. Minimum 1 year of experience in training and mentoring within a TM operations environment. Preferred: ACH Accredited Professional (AAP) certification or willingness to obtain within the first year of employment. Experience with Treasury Management platforms such as Weiland, Fiserv, and Q2 is preferred. Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
