Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.

Pay:
Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from
$137,000
to
$235,750.

What you will do
The
Director, CBI Analytics - Retail Excellence
will be a key position in the new Kenvue organization responsible for providing scaled analytic solutions across Retail Excellence - Perfect Store, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). This role is new and will work directly with the Retail Excellence Council (The 4 Regional Sales Presidents) and the Global Retail Excellence Leader to drive superior analytics across the organization.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for:
Physical Availability/Perfect Store:
Providing a superior analytic solution to track physical availability and identify biggest opportunities.
This has been identified as a key priority for Kenvue. This role will develop a globally consistent solution providing insights to global, regional, and local teams on biggest opportunities to drive physical availability. This solution will also be the number one source of truth on tracking versus key company measures.Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
This role and team will provide a scaled view of the RGM and pricing opportunities across the business driving the brand development teams to understand the opportunities and develop plans to address. This team will also provide globally consistent tracking of value opportunities ensuring a consistent one source of truth on progress.Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
This role will work closely with Retail Excellence Managers on the table to run the current strategic portfolio management process across key brand market combinations and ensure brand plans address key identified opportunities.Team and Organizational Management
Being a new role for the global organization the successful candidate will also be required to build a team and structure to support the above workstreams. This team is currently envisioned as 6 direct reports based in both our North America office and our Analytics hub in India. This role will require a high degree of collaboration with the candidate and team expected to work across all regions while partnering with technology and data teams.Key to success will be forging close relationships; internally with key stakeholders across Global Brand development teams, local analytics teams and the retail excellence organization - ensuring adoption of centrally developed tools and insights - as well as developing partnerships with key data and tech providers such as NiQ and TPM/TPX solutions to ensure insights are based on latest data and thinking in the industry. You will be the expert and go to person for global and regional teams and as such will need to be able to look at the bigger picture, identifying patterns, priorities and scalable learnings across the globe to influence strategy and ways of working.
Key Deliverables / Responsibilities:
Build best in class retail excellence analytics team and capabilities.Develop and deploy global Physical availability analytics tool to be used across regions and markets and drive adoption.Define the Kenvue way of monitoring RGM performance and partner with Kenvue Data and Tech teams to define global strategy for TPO/TPX.Act as the expert and provide consultancy on the SPM process within brand development teams.Continuously review market landscape to ensure optimum data coverage.Optimize reporting, to meet evolving business needs and drive adoption through process, training and support.Identify key insights through superior analytics and communication skills to influence the business to optimize investment.Partner with Brand Development teams to setup reporting of retail excellence programs and drive adoption of insights.Management of Retail Excellence Analytics Team (6 direct reports).Build strong relationships with Retail Excellence Council, Brand development teams, regional and local teams.What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Education: A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, sciences, or economics is preferred; MBA is a plus.Experience: A minimum of 10-15 years of FMCG or similar experience with a strong understanding of the retail landscape, tools, and opportunities. Direct experience with major retailers in RGM or category management.Data Management: Proficiency in data governance, data modeling, and data quality management.Analytics Tools: Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms such as SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.Advanced Analytics: Experience with business adoption of data science tools and advanced analytics.Leadership Interaction: Proven track record of providing insights to influence leadership teams, including C-Suite interactions.Analytical Skills: Highly analytical with experience in analytics, capable of making logical assumptions and identifying data outliers.Business Acumen: Desire and ability to understand the broader business context and how analytics impact strategic decisions.Project Management: Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Stakeholder Management: Experience working in a matrix organization and managing relationships with various stakeholders.Independence: Ability to work independently with an entrepreneurial mindset and multitasking aptitude.Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, comfortable making logical assumptions and validating data outliers.Passion for Analytics: Passionate about analytics and technology, staying updated with the latest trends.Visualization Tools: Experience with data visualization or BI tools such as Tableau or Power BIDesired Qualifications
