Objectives of this role
Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative digital designs that meet business goals (Adobe CC, Figma, etc.).Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand guidelines, express ideas accurately, and represent the company appropriately.Work independently as well as cooperatively within the marketing team to meet deadlines, stay within budget, and balance project implementation based on workload, which may include several simultaneous projects.Examine existing processes, identify flaws, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.Update and maintain internal repositories for designs, photography, video and templates.Responsibilities
Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams on a wide range of materials that may include: web pages, interactive collateral, display ads, social media content, email banners, etc.Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.Develop concepts and execute new and original content by determining the appropriate usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices for using a content management system.Ability to source stock imagery and video with composition and layout in mind.Required skills and qualifications
Exceptional visual design skills and creativityStrong knowledge of relevant design software, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, etc.Excellent communication skillsOrganizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDesire to continue building skill set with education and trainingPreferred skills and qualifications
Three or more years of experience in a professional digital, interactive or graphic design roleBachelor¿¿¿s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design, art, or related disciplineKnowledge of content management systemsAnimation, video, photography, interactive or motion graphic experience a plus
