Position: RNFA (Cardiac/Endo)
Shift: Days
Duration: 13 weeks
Weekly Gross: $ 4,400 (based on 40 hours)
Weekly Gross: $ 5,280 (based on 48 hours)
Misc. and I E : $ 600 (non-tax weekly 48H)
Lodging : $ 800 (non-tax weekly 48H)
Hourly $ 75/hour
OT Rate: $ 110/hour (after 40 hours)
Holiday Rate: $ 120/hour (after 40 hours)
Referral Bonus from $500 up to $2000!!
