Our law firm client is seeking an Associate to join their stellar team in their Glendale, CA office.
In office requirements:
Must be in office at least 3 day per week. Must be able to do court appearances. Onsite preferred, hybrid considered.
Salary Range:
$100,000 - $160,000 (1-4 years of experience). 4% increase for every additional year of experience.
Job Description:Litigate in federal court, specializing in employee benefits law.Manage cases, collaborate with paralegals, and attend court hearings.Responsibilities:
Handle federal court litigation focusing on employee benefits.Conduct legal research, draft documents, and communicate with clients and courts.Contribute to a collegial work environment and firm culture.Qualifications:
California Bar admission required.1-3 years of litigation experience preferred.Background in employee benefits or bankruptcy law strongly preferred.Familiarity with ERISA and federal court procedures beneficial.Strong research, writing, and communication skills.Reasons to Join:
