Florida Health Care Plans, a large multispecialty group HMO is seeking a BC / BE, Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for our Edgewater facilitiy and one of our Ormond Beach facilities all located in Volusia County. We are celebrating 50 years of service to our communities this year. Our facilities are setup as large multispecialty hubs. Some of our facilties offer behavioral health, cardiology, diabetes education, endocrinology, EHCC clinics (urgent care) general surgery, lab, neurology, occupational health, ophthalmology, pain management, pharmacy, primary care, rheumatology, sports medicine, wound care, and x-ray all onsite. We have a preventitive care model and value quality of care over quantity of patients seen.
