Our client is looking for a dedicated Small Animal Medical Director to lead their clinic. In this role, you'll ensure the highest standard of veterinary care while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment. You will also work alongside the Clinic Manager to manage day-to-day operations effectively.
As the Medical Director , you will provide mentorship to Associate Veterinarians through coaching, feedback, and case discussions. You'll help foster a strong team dynamic, ensuring that the clinic's culture remains supportive and growth-oriented.
Additionally, you'll be involved in recruitment efforts to bring in talented veterinary professionals and maintain an efficient clinic schedule. Your leadership will help ensure that both the team and clients have an excellent experience.
