Description

Boehringer Ingelheim is currently seeking a talented and innovative Intern to join our Information Management department located at our Ridgefield, CT facility. As an Intern, you will receive hands on experience with Generative AI tools, identifying and formulating key business questions that can be addressed using Generative AI, monitoring accuracy and effectiveness of reporting dashboards and Key Performance Indicators for marketing and sales, and assisting the department in data analysis and analytics initiatives.

This role is based on-site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2-3 days per week on-site.Duties & Responsibilities

Understand the principles, methodologies, and applications of Generative AI and Digital data in the healthcare industryIdentifying and formulate key business questions that can be addressed using Generative AI and Digital dataAnalyze and review relevant documents for standard proceduresAssist department in monitoring availability and accuracy of reporting dashboards and key KPIs for marketing and salesRecommend and document new methods for leveraging latest Internet graphical user interface design and best practices to improve overall usability of analytics and reporting visualizations to move towards embedded analytics visualizationsAssist department in defining automated/robotic use case scenarios and verify resultsRequirements

Must be a current undergraduate, graduate or advanced degree student in good academic standingStudent must be enrolled at a college or university for the duration of the internshipOverall cumulative minimum GPA from last completed quarter/semester 3.0 GPA (on a 4.0 scale) preferredMajor or minor in related field of internshipUndergraduate students must have completed at least 12 credit hours at current college or universityGraduate and Advanced Degree students must have completed at least 9 credit hours at current college or universityDesired Experience, Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Excel, PowerPoint, and WordKnowledge and familiarity with new analytics visualization reporting toolsData analysis skillsEligibility Requirements:
