has an opening in multiple offices for a Tax Controversy Associate in their Litigation Department. The ideal candidate will have four to six years of relevant experience.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) and LLM in Taxation required . Must be licensed to practice law in the state where the office resides.Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.Tax controversy experience (audits, appeals) required.International tax experience required.Experience in tax litigation.Work Environment & Physical Demands:This job operates in a clerical, office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment including, but not limited to computers, telephones, printers, and copiers.Compensation & BenefitsThe salary range for this position applies to New York and Washington, DC. $225,000 - $265,000BenefitsFull benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, retirement plan and paid time off
