Job Summary : We are seeking a dynamic Medical Surgical RN to join our team. We need acompassionate and reliable RN to provide care and treatment to ill, injured,and recovering adults in our patient centered care model. In this role you willbe required to make clinical assessments of situations and manage treatmentautonomously. WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE: Collectcomprehensive data pertinent to the patients health or situation Advocatefor patients as part of the interdisciplinary team Analyzethe assessment data to determine the diagnosis or issues Identifyexpected outcomes for a plan individualized to the patient and the situation Act asan advocate for patient safety. Ensureeffective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment. Educatepatients regarding their medications, procedure and treatments, providingpatients and their families with support throughout their stay. Requirements: RN experience in an Acute Care Hospital setting Required Licensedas a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida , Multistate or able to obtainlicensure prior to start is required .
