Unit Profiles:The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit. Profiles will include location number of beds patient rations and other unique details to assist recruiting professional in effectively and efficiently identifying highly qualified staff. Below you will find a data collection tool to help you identify essential data needed to complete your profile.

Position TemplateFacility Name: Franciscan Health LafayetteFloor: Ground Floor Bonzel buildingLocation Address: 17012 S Creasy Lane Lafayette IN 47905Position Information:• Facility Department/Cost Center / Supervisor: Nuclear Medicine / CC72200• Role RN Tech LPN PT etc.: Nuclear Medicine Technologist.• Specialty: Nuclear medicine / PET• Number of Openings: 2• Shift: Mon—Fri 7a—330p• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36• Weekend Hours: On Call Rotation with 3-4 Technologist.• Call Requirements: Yes.• Required Certifications: ARRT-NM or CNMT.• Years of Experience: 2rs Minimum.• Float Requirements: N/AUnit Information:• Number of Beds: 225• Patient Ratios: Daily Avg workload: 8 NM Hearts 8 PET 4 general NM exams.• Equipment: Siemens PET Siemens gamma camera D-SPECT cardiac.• EMR: EPICHiring Profile:• Must Have Skills/Experience: ability to perform all general nuclear medicine exams cardiac exams PET/CT exams.• Preferred Skillset/Experience: previous experience working with Siemens PET / Gamma Camera.• Type of Patients on Unit: INPP OP some ED request for NM exams.• Personality Fit: Proficient Technologist motivated to work in team atmosphere to completed requested imaging exams in timely fashion.Dress Code:• Scrub Color: Charcoal Grey• Any unacceptable attire: Hair of unnatural color.
