Registered Nurse - Case Management

Position: Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN) Location: Olathe, KS 66061 Duration: 3 week Contract Shift: 8.5 hours per day, Evenings (12:00 PM - 8:30 PM), Monday-Friday with every 4th weekend Pay Range: $55-$60/hr. Key Responsibilities: Communicate proactively with the healthcare team to manage patient care and ensure appropriate medical necessity. Serve as an effective liaison to ensure continuity and integration of services. Coordinate with payers and patient/family/healthcare team regarding payer information. Ensure patient care moves through the continuum efficiently and effectively. Experience & Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years recent hospital Case Management experience. Proficiency in Utilization Review with experience using InterQual and Milliman. Valid RN license in Kansas. Ability to work evenings and every 4th weekend as required. EMR System: Cerner. INDHCR
