Registered Nurse (RN)
oversees the nursing department in the absence of the Director of Nursing (DON). The Registered Nurse (RN) reviews staffing at the change of a shift, and assign and replaced staff to meet resident care needs. The Registered Nurse (RN) completes patient care rounds, coordinates admissions, transfers, and discharges.
