Responsibilities:Evaluate the eligibility of patients for homecare services.Providing direct patient care in a homecare settingConduct orientation and provide supervision for home health aide personnel.Actively engage in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient care quality.
Qualifications:Open to recent nursing graduates w/6 months nursing experience.Successful completion of an accredited school of professional nursing.Possession of a current RN license in the state of New York (NYS).Previous experience in the home care field/pediatrics is very advantageous.Proficiency in either Cantonese or Mandarin is a valuable asset.Candidate must drive.
