Responsibilities
Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesPerforms all work according to OSHA, MSHA, and H&K Safety policiesCreate a safe worksiteMaintain equipment (Q326, LT105, Pickup)Crush up site material using Q326 trackhoe and LT105 portable crusherIdentify site needs and develop plan to complete job efficientlyWork with team membersClean, pack up, and help transport equipmentOther duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Skills, Education, and ExperienceExtensive trackhoe operations experienceExperience with equipment maintenanceProficient written communicationLeadership and teamwork skillsSelf-motivated and organizedSafety-focusedAbility to fit test & utilize appropriate PPE as neededAbility to meet physical requirements (movement, lifting, as relevant to job)
Preferred Skills, Education, and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (such as the GED) from an accredited educational institutionExperience with loader operationsExperience with Q329 caterpillar trackhoe and LT105 portable crusherOSHA, MSHA, or other safety certifications
Physical DemandsRegularly sitting for long periods, possibly bouncing in equipmentSpecific vision abilities including distance, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
Work EnvironmentRegularly exposed to outdoor weather conditionsOccasionally exposed to moving mechanical partsOccasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particlesNoise level is usually loud
