New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field. Our programs give you the ability to work with highly successful, established agents and managers who assist you in developing a clientele. Participate in the Associate Partner Training Program, an intensive, six-month program that will develop you and prime you for success as a managerBecome an associate partner on the management team after successfully completing all program requirementsGain hands-on experience as a financial professional helping clients develop a long-term strategy to achieve their financial goalsSelect, hire, and grow your financial professional's team as an associate partnerEmploy a comprehensive array of financial products and services including life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, and mutual funds when presenting clients with solutionsDevelop relationships with centers of influenceNetwork within your community, build relationshipsUnderstand the needs and financial concerns of clientsEducate clients on how to plan ahead for the future financially so that they are prepared for unfortunate life events/ circumstances they may encounterPromote customized ways for clients to achieve their long-term financial goalsCultivate relationships, with a view to helping every family member or individual pursue financial securityBuild and expand your financial practice by establishing professional networks and prospecting for new clientsProvide compassion and guidance to clients when unfortunate life circumstances ariseFocus on developing and maintaining long-term bonds with clients, resulting in trust and continuity of community over timeRecruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate PartnerTransition into management as an Associate Partner once you have achieved the program requirementsDevelop a personalized, long-term strategy and gain hands-on experience while assisting clients in identifying and achieving their financial goalsJoin our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management positionQualifications
MBA degree in business administration, finance, or a similarly related field. Work/Business experience can be substituted for an MBA degreeSales and Business Development background is strongly preferredMust possess uncompromising integrityGrowth mindset, this is a lifelong learning positionAn enterprising spirit and desire to control careerDesire to help people as you grow your careerStrong ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks and contactsCoachable and willing to learn is a mustValid FINRA Series 6 or 7 & 63/66 preferred but not requiredTrack record of career growth and leadershipCompensation
