Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as the System Vice President of Revenue Cycle. In this pivotal role, you will work in close collaboration with the senior leadership team to steer the strategic direction and management of revenue cycle operations throughout our healthcare system. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will serve as a crucial executive in promoting strong communication and cooperation with leaders across medical centers to optimize revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate long-term strategic plans that align with organizational objectives, improving both operational efficiency and financial outcomes.

Execute operational strategies focused on customer service, financial performance, and adherence to regulatory standards.

Advocate for revenue cycle awareness within the organization, fostering relationships with stakeholders across various departments.

Partner with financial and IT teams to develop a transformational roadmap that enhances performance.

Lead governance processes to ensure standardized and compliant practices across all medical centers.

Facilitate regular training sessions to disseminate best practices and elevate operational standards.

Champion initiatives that increase employee engagement and resonate with our core values.

Collaborate with department leaders to streamline processes and delineate roles clearly.

Oversee the expansion into new markets, and the implementation and upgrades of revenue cycle applications.
