The Program Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Department of Linguistics, working closely with and reporting to the Department Administrator. The Program Coordinator assists with the tracking of expenses and reconciling them against University financial records. These accounts may include department operations/research accounts as well as accounts associated with individual faculty. Responsibilities include assisting faculty with travel arrangements, purchases, and expense reporting; making travel arrangements and reimbursements for department visitors such as colloquium speakers; handling travel arrangements and award processing for BU Conference on Language Development; maintaining undergraduate student records; maintaining the department WordPress website; maintaining department communications lists and sending out announcements; and other tasks as assigned. Required Skills: Associate's degree with 1-3 years of related experience required.
