What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):- Design, develop, and implement secure and scalable business solutions in Salesforce CRM- Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements- Write and maintain code using OminiStudio, Apex programming, Lightning components, and APIs- Integrate Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs- Utilize Agile development methodologies, particularly SCRUM, in project management
What is Required (Qualifications):- Minimum 6 years of hands-on development experience in Salesforce- Strong experience in writing Apex programming, LWC, Lightning components, and Flows- Proficient in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, and jQuery- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML)- Knowledge of the Banking and Financial Services domain preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):- Salesforce PD1, PD2 App Developer, Sales/Service Cloud consultant certifications are advantageous- Demonstrated experience in implementing Salesforce solutions in a professional services environment
