10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Build a healthy, scalable and growth-oriented Program Management organization to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage timely delivery, bring process efficiencies, and enable opportunities to integrate disparate initiatives into unified programs.

Set the idea and direction for broad, cross-organizational initiatives by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and providing oversight across multiple programs, identifying and mitigating systemic issues across the programs portfolio, and defining program controls/governance/standards to transform and deliver execution effectiveness.

Facilitate reviews, planning, and collaboration between Product, SRE, Engineering, and Program Management.

Build alignment between a diverse group of stakeholders, cross-functional partners, and senior leadership across the organization for efficient execution of strategic initiatives.
