Job Description:
As a Translator at Snail Games USA, you will be responsible for facilitating effective communication between our CEO and stakeholders in both Mandarin and English. Your primary duties will include:
Translating verbal communications during meetings, conferences, and presentations.
Providing written translations of documents, correspondence, and reports.
Ensuring accurate cultural and contextual adaptation in translations.
Assisting with language-related tasks as needed, such as proofreading and editing.
Requirements:
Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
A degree in Translation Studies, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in translating business communications, preferably in the gaming or tech industry.
Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivity in translation.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Salary Range:
$50,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
