As a
Workday Technical Manager,
your primary responsibilities may include:
Manage and lead the full technical team which comprises typically of our Integrations Development team, our Data Conversion team, our Data Analytics team and our Security team.
Lead the design of integrations from point to point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Manage integration delivery.
Manage data conversion delivery.
Closely follow the strategic direction set by leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
Collaborate with client counterpart to successfully deliver on shared objectives. Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
Lead the approach and strategy for Data Conversion.
Serve as the primary knowledge source for converting data from legacy systems and spreadsheets into the Workday Cloud HCM & Financials system. Converting Data into Workday using Workday provided loading tools. Responsible for key communication to project and client leadership.

Here’s what you need:
Workday Partner Certification.
Minimum of 7 years of consulting experience, most recently in an Associate Manager or Manager role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm.
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on Workday Leadership experience.
Minimum of 6 years of US and/or Global Integrations Operations & experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience).
Bonus points if:
Have led at least 8 end-to-end implementations.
Infrastructure, IDM, IAM, non-Workday platform, middleware experiences to demonstrate ability to discuss, compare and contrast software platforms to support Data Integration Architecture roadmap both internal and external with our clients.
Supported by additional technical and/or functional certifications (Studio, CCTPP, HCM, Fins, Student, etc).
Extensive experience in designer and developer related roles with demonstrated ability to deliver coded integration work to a production environment.
Extensive experience in working through data design workshops with demonstrated ability to deliver against proposed data strategies.
Self-starter with proven ability to work within a team-oriented environment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
Referenceable experience with Excel, Visio, MS Project (or equivalent) and PowerPoint.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.

District of Columbia $99,500 to $206,700
New York $86,500 to $224,600
