We are HIRING! We are seeking a high-energy
Dual Director of Sales
to lead our sales efforts at the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn Groton. This position is designed for a leader with Hilton sales experience that can hit the ground running. This position is responsible for all aspects of hotel revenue and exceeding budgeted goals & year over year growth.

Qualifications:
A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Hotel Director of Sales with Hilton system experience
A proven track record of at least 4+ years demonstrating exceptional sales achievements
Proficiency in the English language
Reliable transportation a must
Intermediate to advanced computer skills, with experience in ONQ, RNI & Delphi
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Outstanding interpersonal abilities and an unwavering commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Proficiency in effective communication across all levels of the organization
Demonstrated expertise in propelling the sales process forward
Exceptional skills in listening, negotiation, and presentation
Empowering leadership style, capable of inspiring and guiding teams
Ease in capability of multitasking and excelling under pressure

Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Take charge of leading, directing, coordinating, and overseeing group and corporate transient sales in all facets of sales-related endeavours
Foster growth within existing accounts while proactively generating new business to surpass budgetary expectations, thereby optimizing revenue and profitability
Nourish and maintain relationships with current accounts, cultivating enduring partnerships
Formulate innovative sales and marketing strategies tailored to each designated hotel
Collaborate closely with the rest of sales team, revenue management, and Hotel General Manager to ensure properties thrive in profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction
Cultivate strong partnerships with sales coordinator and Hotel General Manager at assigned locations to facilitate the acquisition of group business across diverse segments, including corporate transient clientele
Provide comprehensive training and support to sales coordinator to ensure their performance aligns with Hilton brand standards
Establish and implement effective sales strategies that drive property-wide goals for both rate and occupancy
Create and execute an annual marketing plan addressing sales strategies and budget objectives
Develop an in-depth understanding of hotel operations, including room types, meeting capacities, service offerings, and unique property attributes
Demonstrate a solid understanding of market dynamics, encompassing competitors, economic trends, and supply and demand factors
Proactively reach out to secure new business, advancing regional revenue goals
Attain monthly revenue targets for room and banquet sales, setting an example for the team and offering guidance in meeting assigned objectives
Focus efforts on specific accounts, markets, or segments through proactive solicitation and thorough account saturation
Actively participate in local networking organizations, community events, and industry gatherings, effectively representing River Link Hotels with professionalism and distinction
Perform other duties as assigned
