Job DescriptionThe Finance Business Partner US Oncology will provide key financial insights, drive business performance, and contribute to strategic decision-making processes of US oncology business unit for designated brands and functions.This role involves budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis to support the organization’s financial objectives as directed by head of Finance.Accountabilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:

Participate in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes (revenues and Opex).Develop and maintain financial models and scenario analyses.Analyze financial results, identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.

Business Partnering:

Collaborate with brand leads and operational teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.Support strategic initiatives with in-depth financial analysis and business cases.Communicate financial performance and recommendations to various stakeholders.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.Ensure compliance with internal controls, corporate policies, and regulatory requirements.Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audits.

Performance Management:

Monitor key performance indicators and help identify areas for operational efficiency.Support cost management initiatives and optimal resource allocation.Participate in financial reviews and contribute to performance discussions.

Team Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with finance team colleagues to ensure consistency and alignment of financial processes.Share knowledge and best practices across the finance function.

Basic Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role and experience in variance analysis, cost management.Pharmaceutical-Biotech industry experience preferred.Data visualization and presentation experience.Proficient with key financial reporting and planning systems (e.g. SAP, Cognos, HFM, Power BI).More about us:

$108,500.00 - $170,500.00The estimated salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position.
