This role is hybrid to our SF office, 2-3 days per week (current expectation is Wednesdays and Thursdays in-office).

About The Role

As a

Product Marketing Manager , you’ll ensure that a product not only meets market needs but also stands out in a competitive landscape, driving adoption and growth. You’ll run the experiments, build the campaigns, and launch the features that drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Here are a few of the things you will do:

Influence product strategy and roadmap, informed by customer insightsDefine success metrics for products, ensuring product market fit and long-term lifecycle managementDig deep to understand our customers, and craft product marketing strategies that will engage and delight them across the user journeyHelp define product positioning, audience definition and sizing, research, pricing, and naming for a portfolio of products and technologiesManage the ongoing motion of our referral programs, and up-level our marketing execution to support these programsAnalyze product performance, synthesize customer feedback and advocate for improvementsAct as the point of contact for communicating GTM updates, releases and reviews with cross-functional leadershipWork closely with lifecycle and creative teams, to drive monthly product batch releases to our member base

Here is what we’re looking for in a candidate:

A talent for articulating the essence of complex products and the value they create in simple terms; this includes developing a strong messaging hierarchy and effective content strategy planAn innate curiosity and capacity for deeply understanding our TAM, customers, and competitionExcellent written and verbal communication skillsA passion for brainstorming up with creative marketing strategies, with the experience and confidence to execute on themStrong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence productAnalytical skills. You use data to create insightful stories, inform strategy, and guide decision makingDemonstrated executional success pushing projects through to completion that involve collaborating across multiple teams, countries, time-zones, backgrounds and functionsA hard-working and motivated self-starter, who enjoys challenges and is not deterred by complicated/complex situationsA strong level of organization with an eye for detail“Owner-operator” working style, deep sense of ownership for business results

Here Is What Is Needed:

5+ years marketing experience with at least 1 year of experience in a product marketing role at a product-led company, or a company catering to small business and/or independentsExperience directly marketing to SMB and/or independent businesses, a plus
