As Associate Brand Manager, Keebler Fudge Shoppe, you'll be part of a passionate and dynamic team driving the success of iconic cookies like Fudge Stripes. You'll help shape the future of our brand by leveraging your deep understanding of the retail landscape and developing innovative strategies to bring our cookies to more consumers. This role offers the chance to make a lasting impact on a growing brand and delight cookie lovers everywhere! This position reports into Brand Manager, Fudge Stripes and is hybrid in our Chicago, IL office.Main Responsibilities:Perform category, competitive, brand, and sub-brand level analyses to assist the Keebler Team with formulating strategy in the Center Store Cookies Category and relevant adjacencies.Monitor and track brand performance via syndicated data, developing key insights and takeaways to share with higher-level leadership.Lead commercialization projects from concept to execution.Understand and interpret qualitative and quantitative consumer research, applying key insights to the business.Lead cross-functional engagement across Trade Marketing, Sales, Project Management, Packaging, Demand, and Supply Chain to deliver the day-to-day business and support commercialization of new initiatives.Collaborate with the legal department to safeguard company and use of its assets in interactions with third parties.Manage relations with third party vendors (i.e., graphic design agencies, licensed partners, marketing agencies, etc.), obtaining required output while minimizing costs.Support artwork development for new items and marketing executions, inclusive of design briefs, creative direction, and execution against brief.Support development of marketing activation plans, manage execution, and support post-launch analysis on performance.Support sub-brand and Total Keebler by managing product portfolio across relevant systems (SAP, F8, Salsify, Keebler.com, Archway, etc.).Prepare and deliver engaging, meaningful, and persuasive presentations.Who We Are Looking For:Bachelor's Degree in Business; Master's degree in Business is a plus.1+ years' experience in consumer-packaged goods brand marketing.Understanding of business and marketing fundamentals (e.g., P&L, Market Share).Experience using analytical tools to assess brand data and distill actionable insights (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).Team player able to effectively interact and work with various functional departments.Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook; SAP knowledge a plus.How to Be Successful in the Role and at Ferrero:Consumers, quality, and care are at the heart of everything we do.
